INCOME SURVEY

Fairfield ISD currently operates the Community Eligibility Provision, which allows us to feed all students breakfast and lunch free of charge regardless of their free/reduced eligibility status.

Since we will not be processing free and reduced applications for the purpose of meal benefits, we still must collect household income information in order to receive proper funding for the district.  Income surveys are quick and easy to complete.  Please complete your survey as soon as possible.

Income Surveys will have no effect on whether or not your child will receive free meals.

Graphic with the heading “Did You Know?” stating that free meals continue, but school funding depends on completing one quick survey. Four sections highlight benefits of completing the survey: increased school funding support (more resources for students), college application savings (discounts on fees), exam fee assistance (waivers or discounts for ACT, SAT, and AP exams), and improved technology and internet access (additional funding). Footer displays the Fairfield Independent School District name and logo.
